Our farmers’ knowledge and dedication: an ode to passion. To truly understand our approach, just take a stroll through the lush, rolling countryside of the Basque Country and its neighbours. There, you’ll meet the dedicated farmers who pursue excellence with unwavering commitment.

Right here, our poultry are raised in the open air, fed 100% with plants including whole kernel corn (non-GMO), in reasoned farms of limited size.
